Therapy that helps you understand yourself and feel understood.

About me.

Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm an accredited counsellor with over 30 years' experience in health and social care, supporting adults and adolescents through addiction, trauma, anxiety, and the challenges of living neurodivergent.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist and someone in long-term recovery myself, I understand how tiring it can be to spend years feeling different, overwhelmed, or unsure why life seems harder than it looks for everyone else. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirmative and my aim isn't to fix who you are, but to help you understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and feel genuinely supported along the way.
